By subscribing to Build-A-Brand, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the sign-up process. Failure to comply with any part of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your subscription and/or access to our platform.

2. Subscription Eligibility

To be eligible for a subscription, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID for Verification, ensuring that all provided information matches the ID details. This verification process includes scanning your ID, and verifying that your information corresponds to the government photo provided.
• Submit a concept video of your brand as part of the application process, where applicable.

3. Infringement and Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, concepts, and intellectual property created through Build-A-Brand services are subject to protection under applicable intellectual property laws. By using our platform, you affirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorized user of all materials submitted to Build-A-Brand.
• Any infringement of intellectual property rights, including plagiarism, copying, or unauthorized use of third-party materials, will result in the immediate withdrawal of your application or subscription without refund.

4. Application and Concept Submissions

As part of your subscription process, you may be required to submit:

• A concept video outlining the vision for your brand.
• Any related documents or assets that are integral to the concept-building process.

All submissions will be reviewed for authenticity, and any fraudulent claims or content will lead to the immediate suspension or termination of your subscription and potential legal action.

5. Fraudulent Activity

Build-A-Brand maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Any detected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to falsifying identification documents, impersonating another individual, or submitting plagiarized work, will result in:

• Immediate suspension of your subscription.
• Forfeiture of any fees paid up to that point.
• Permanent termination of your access to Build-A-Brand’s platform.
• Possible legal action.

6. Payment and Subscription Fees

You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as outlined in the Build-A-Brand pricing structure. Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Suspension of your access to services until the account is brought up to date.
• Immediate withdrawal of your application and forfeiture of any progress made, without refund.

All subscriptions are non-refundable once services have commenced. Partial refunds will only be issued in cases where Build-A-Brand fails to deliver on its contractual obligations.

7. Identity Verification

As part of your onboarding process, you are required to submit a scanned ID for verification purposes. Build-A-Brand will verify that the information provided matches your government-issued photo ID. Any discrepancy or failure to verify your identity will result in:

• Immediate withdrawal of your application and cancellation of your subscription.
• Possible forfeiture of fees paid.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use Build-A-Brand in a responsible manner and to avoid any activity that could harm the platform or its users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Avoiding any form of copyright infringement, fraud, or intellectual property theft.
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Submitting only original and lawful content for the purposes of concept-building.

9. Termination

Build-A-Brand reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Engagement in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide accurate and verifiable information.

Upon termination, all access to the Build-A-Brand platform will be revoked, and you will forfeit any rights to materials or progress made under the subscription.

10. Liability and Disclaimer

Build-A-Brand will not be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of fraudulent submissions, misrepresentation of personal information, or any third-party infringements that occur as part of your usage of the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submissions are legitimate and lawful.

11. Governing Law
